I have also encountered a similar problem with email where I cannot highlight the email sent to me but have to select reply/forward to copy text, the result of the editor being incorporated into the browser.Īs for MSFT "built into Edge by design" features (as a cartoon is feature in a newspaper) there should be an option to control the feature - off/on, 0/1, yes/no. The only time I use the Reading View is when I want to copy and paste text but Edge many times will not highlight the text.
